The Sustainable Group was founded to take action and promote education on climate change and global warming, which are widely considered to be among the most serious threats facing our planet today. Though slowing or reversing global climate change can seem an insurmountable challenge, it’s our position that through a combination of conservation and carbon offsetting we can still make a big difference.

Algalita Marine Research Foundation (AMRF) is a Long Beach, California based non-profit environmental organization. AMRF is dedicated to the preservation of the marine environment. With the help of its chartered research vessel, The Oceanographic Research Vessel (ORV) Alguita, AMRF is actively engaged in innovative research, education and restoration of the marine environment.
